Table plotter
This 50-inch LCD screen sat on display for all customers to see outside a restaurant entrance inside Times Square Mall. We weren’t sure what it was for, but guessed it was either to announce when certain tables were about ready, or maybe the type of food they could bring to that table?

You are right, it announce which table is ready. If I remember correctly, the blue one is those available!
